Our host, Louisa, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her prompt responses to our queries and assistance in arranging transportation during the TFL strike were greatly appreciated. Overall, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers in search of a cozy and convenient accommodation option.
